In line with the end of high season in the Southern Hemisphere and the entry of strong airline crisis caused by the serious brake on the global economy, Canadian airline canceled as of this March 29 its non-stop flight to Buenos Aires and Santiago.
On December 1st, became Air Canada flight to Toronto from Buenos Aires via Santiago, on a non-stop flight for each of the cities , announcing the end of flights to the 1st April 2009.
With the new schedule, scale will resume in Santiago de Chile from March 29, 2009, with the following schedule:
